How do I get you all the information to build my site?
We have setup forms you may submit to us online, or you may book Shani to discuss your needs/desires/content. You do not need to send us everything, we use our creativity and resources to make your site work.
How long does it take for me to have my site?
About 7 business days, unless you are otherwise notified in advance. At that point, you may be completely happy with your site. Or, if we have revisions that need to be made we will make the changes. The average time from beginning to end is about a week.
Late Fees
If for any reason your payment is not received on time, we will send you an e-mail letting you know (we completely understand that sometimes things happen: fraud/fraud protection, lost/stolen, forgetting to transfer, etc...). As long as you get back with us before month end with payment, there will not be a Late fee charged. Revisions will not be made on sites with money due. After the 5th of the next month, a $20.00 late fee will be added to your account balance. If payment is not received by the 15th of the next month, your service will be cancelled. After which time you will be invoiced the balance due plus late fee. We do not accept clients back whose services we cancelled due to non-payment.
What if I want to cancel my plan?
You are free to cancel your plan anytime. Your site will remain active until the end of the month. If requested, we will also unlock your domain, so you may request a transfer. Please note that if you choose to come back, you will need to sign back up at the current pricing offered and you will be accessed the set up fee of $150.

Are there any extra charges that I don't know about, is all this really included?
Yes, it really is all included. We do provide our clients with an option to add a one-time revision anytime for $25, but advise them to upgrade if this happens regularly. Should you choose to have your site header/navigation/background re-designed that is a $45 charge (please note that we will update your picture and any goals in your header FREE of charge).
What happens if I decide I need more revisions than the monthly revisions I currently have?
We know, business changes and grows. Our clients may add a revision anytime for $25 through our client web page. Also, If you would like to upgrade, or downgrade your monthly plan, just let us know - we can modify your plan as needed.
I already have a domain name, can I use it?
Absolutely, once we have your site ready we would need your domain log-in to have it directed to your new site.
I missed a payment. I lost my debit card, and have a new one - can you help?
If you signed up with PayPal, you will need to login to PayPal.com put your cursor over the word profile, then you will see an option to add/edit your credit card information. If you provided your card at setup - you will need to contact the office with your new information ASAP to avoid late fee. 281-653-8599 (you may leave on voice mail).
