how do i get started?

You actually sign up online. We currently have 3 services, so to sign up for all 3 - you would need to submit 3 setup forms.

I signed up, now what?

After you submit the forms to our office online, you will get an email confirmation and a welcome email with specific tips, orientation, and details on maximizing the services you use. We will friend you on facebook and add you to our "Shani's Office Client Group." Please watch your inbox for client news - as we always have something going on in the office that has to do with your services - that's where you will find the scoop.

What's bombbomb?

BombBomb is the software we use for our V-card service. Think of it as a contact manager/bulk email provider. We selected them for the ability to send video in the email vs. sending links to youtube. It's a great platform. A BombBomb account is included with your V-card service.

I am a new director, what service is best for me?

We recommend starting with the V-cards (email support) because we are doing so much active support for you in bringing important tools and information to them. Welcoming your new members, action items, quarterly product launch to customers and more! It's our #1 service for that reason. Great for units of all sizes.
