Dropbox will allow you to...

• See what files, pictures, instructions you have/have not loaded for us
• Share files instantly - no more attaching in emails
  
• Add/remove files as needed for corrections
  
• Edit your Revision Sheet Directly from Dropbox Location

Already using Dropbox?  Please send the email address you use for dropbox, we will invite you to your folder.

New to Dropbox?  We will send an invite to you by email, once you get the email, please accept.  You will then have a folder INSIDE your Dropbox folder that has your site name - that is the ONLY folder we share and any sub-folders.  The other folders you see in your main Dropbox folder are yours and we do not have access to them (i.e. Photos).

In your folder you will have the revision sheet word doc, which you may open/edit/save as needed and a few sub-folders we use: "1 ADD to video" for Pics you want added to your video, "1 PICTURES" these are where we keep your headshots, please do not add new or replacement headshots to this folder, just drop any new ones in the main folder - this way we know they are new and we need to add/replace them on your site.  "Z DONE" is where we move things we are done with while working on your site, which will be emptied.  Please do not remove folders.
